Back-care specialist and yoga instructor Sara Hauber, M.A., has been empowering people to achieve and maintain better health since 1999.
Sara began studying functional fitness, anatomy, and yoga 20 years ago after undergoing complete spinal fusion to improve her scoliosis. When she began coaching back-pain clients, she quickly found that people unknowingly created emotional and psychological obstacles that prevented their physical bodies from healing. Thus, Sara dedicated her graduate education to studying the processes involved in motivating and supporting others as they break down barriers to body-mind integration and healing.
Sara’s mission in life is to eliminate back pain from everyone’s daily experience and to inspire them to live the healthiest, most empowered life they can lead. She knows it’s possible because she’s seen it happen after teaching her techniques to her students and clients. Sara combines the knowledge and insight gained from her personal experience, professional certifications and training, and years of client-centered teaching to create experiences that not only help students feel better in the moment, but empower them to live better from that moment forward.
